Lindsay Lohan parties after being treated for 'exhaustion'

Indeed, Lindsay Lohan may have been treated for "exhaustion" on Friday but - surprise, surprise - that didn't hinder the "Liz & Dick" starlet from partying in Hollywood.
Spotted at the Chateau Marmont well past midnight on Saturday, the 25-year-old appeared to have come straight from filming the Elizabeth Taylor biopic, where she hung with a group that included actress Busy Philipps.
"For someone so exhausted, it was shocking to see her out past 1 a.m.," a witness told Us Weekly.
Naturally, Lohan's raise-deserving rep attempted to spin a masterful PR web, telling Us Weekly, "Lindsay had been working the night shift the last two or three nights so it's quite reasonable that she was up and having dinner at 1 a.m."
