What time is your alarm set for? My alarm is set for 4:40 a.m. [I’m in the studio] at 5:15 a.m.

Are you a snoozer or do you pop right out of bed?  I pop right out of bed because I don’t want to disturb my husband, Louis Ruggiero. I want him to be in a good mood to walk the dog at 6 a.m.

What’s for breakfast? Coffee with milk and fruit [at work] that I usually bring from home.

Paper? The Post, Daily News, New York Times and Wall Street Journal.

What’s next? There’s always a production meeting to go over the stories we’re covering and the people we’re interviewing. My TV partner,  Greg Kelly, and I do a minimum amount of talking before we’re on the air — we like to be spontaneous during “Good Day.”
