Rep slams report of Lindsay Lohan drinking again

Lindsay Lohan hasn’t taken a step back when it comes to booze, her rep said yesterday.

Speaking to “Extra,” the rep slammed reports that the actress had fallen off the wagon, sparked by a new photo of Lohan appearing to reach for a wine bottle at a home in Hollywood. Lohan was not photographed drinking.

Meanwhile, here in New York, a chain-smoking Lohan reportedly partied into the morning — sans booze — at Sing Sing karaoke joint in the East Village recently, according to the Daily News. The actress reportedly started a verbal fight there, refusing to leave at closing time and staying until 6 a.m. at the bar.

“Lindsay was chain-smoking,” a source told the Daily News. “She walked in sober and she left looking tired.”

In July, 27-year-old Lohan completed her latest stint in rehab: a 90-day court-mandated sentence following charges stemming from a car crash in California last year.

She reportedly has been on the straight-and-narrow since.
