Think it's crowded now?

NYC & Company has announced a new goal to attract 55 million visitors a year to the city - specifically targeting travelers aged 18 to 29 - in a new campaign with MasterCard called "NYC<30."

"We believe the continued success and momentum of global visitation to New York City will be enhanced by opening our arms and welcoming the world's youth to experience all of what our city has to offer," said NYC & Co. CEO George Fertitta.

NYC hosted about 50.5 million visitors in 2011.
