The cast of Lee Daniels' "The Butler" beamed from ear to ear during a news conference today at the Waldorf Astoria, while promoting the new movie set to hit theaters Aug. 16.
Spotted at the event: Oprah, Lenny Kravitz, a pregnant Yaya Alafia (left), Jesse Williams (left), Cuba Gooding Jr., Forest Whitaker, Minka Kelly, Liev Schreiber, James Mardsen, Mariah Carey and Terrence Howard, among others.

On the mayoral campaign trail, Anthony Weiner stopped by the Elmhurst Senior Center in Queens, sharing cookies with its residents.
BTW, a fake Anthony Weiner paraded in underwear in Times Square as part of National Underwear Day to beat the record for largest outdoor gathering of people in underwear.
Meanwhile protesters against mayoral candidate John Liu clashed with his supporters at a rally outside the building where the Campaign Finance Committee ruled the Democrat ineligible for $3.53 million in public matching campaign funds.
