ROCK OUT, DUDE Sounds from the '60s to today dominate lots of lineups this week. "Rock 'n' Roll Fantasy Camp" (Saturday night at 10, VH1 Classic) returns for a second season of counseling from the likes of Paul Stanley and Marky Ramone. It's followed by "That Metal Show" (Saturday night at 11, VH1 Classic), back for an eighth go-round that starts with Tony Iommi of Black Sabbath. Two docuflicks fill Sunday night: "Neil Young: Heart of Gold" (Sunday at 8:30 p.m., Fuse) and "Talihina Sky: The Story of Kings of Leon" (Sunday at 10 p.m., Showtime). The latest "artist takeover" delivers a full day of Eminem (Monday starting at 6 a.m., Fuse).
