Several charges have been filed against a sub shop employee accused of using a cellphone to secretly record three teenage boys in the shop's bathroom.

Englishtown police tell the Asbury Park Press that 29-year-old David Gaspar-Santiago, a Mexican citizen living in Freehold Township, was arrested Friday after the teens — ages 14 and 15 — found the phone, which was recording video.

When the teens told the restaurant's manager about the phone, he allegedly confronted Gaspar-Santiago. Authorities say the worker then retrieved the phone and erased the videos.

Gaspar-Santiago was charged with invasion of privacy, child endangerment and tampering with evidence. His bail was set at $90,000 cash and it wasn't known Sunday if he has retained an attorney.
