Junior Eddie Robinson had a career-high 41 points as Lawrence overcame a six-point halftime deficit for an 82-72 non-league win over St. John the Baptist Thursday in non-league boys basketball.

Dwayne Daniel tied his career-high with 28 points for the Tornadoes, who outscored St. John the Baptist 56-40 in the second half.

Chaminade 61, Roslyn 57: Mike Walsh (14 points) and John Gallego (seven points) each hit two free throws in the final seconds for Chaminade in non-league. Patrick Farrell had 18 points and Brian Earhardt added 12, including a three-pointer with just under two minutes left to tie the score at 57 for Chaminade.

Oyster Bay 61, Cold Spring Harbor 41: Greg Nielsen scored eight of his 16 points during a 20-4 fourth quarter for Oyster Bay in Nassau Conference B. David Carl had 17 points and four assists and Peri Ipiotis chipped in 13 points in the win. Waldorf 39, Lexington 35: Brandon Verise-Kohans scored four of his 16 points in the first minute of overtime, including two free throws with 22 seconds left for Waldorf in IPPSAL.

GIRLS BASKETBALL

Patchogue-Medford 42, Centereach 39: Alexa Sergio (13 points) and Rebecca Gordon (11 points) each scored seven points during a 23-point second half and overtime for PM in non-league. Heather Ferchland (16 points) scored a basket with five seconds left to force overtime for Centereach. Bayport-Blue Point 48, Westhampton 25: Freshman Paige Faherty had a career-high 18 points and added 12 rebounds for BBP in League VI.Comsewogue 56, West Islip 51: Jamie Brett had 15 points, including two free throws with 16 seconds left for Comsewogue in non-league. Alyssa Olson had 20 points in the win.BOYS BOWLING

Baldwin 3, Freeport 0: Jeffrey Williams bowled 300 in Game 1 of a 737 series to lead Baldwin to a 815-689, 654-624, 735-621 win.Uniondale 2, Hicksville 1: Tarik Burgess-Zephrine bowled 233 in Game 1 of a 624 series and Joshua Robinson bowled 211 in the first game of a 584 series to lead Uniondale in a 731-712, 720-826, 695-688 win.

Sachem North 3, Smithtown 0: Freshman Kaycie Gamblin bowled 248 in the second game and 191 in Game 3 of a 611 series to lead Sachem North in a 807-658, 957-716, 836-709 League I win. Sewanhaka District 3, North Shore 0: Rebecca Gotterbarn bowled 276 in the second game of a 683 series and Daniele Roca shot 268 in Game 3 of a 688 series to lead Sewanhaka District in a 768-519, 818-541, 845-559 win in Conference II.
