Melissa Sherwin rolled a 298 in Game 2 of a 787 series as Middle Country remained undefeated with a 3-0 Suffolk League II win over Central Islip Thursday in girls bowling.

Middle Country (12-0) was also paced by Kelly Skalacki, who rolled a 257 in Game 2 of a 666 series and Eva Meyer with a 255 in Game 2 of a 665 series in its 944-655, 1,163-616, 1,087-621 win.

Longwood 3, Comsewogue 0: Kylie Spillett had a high game of 237, Brianna Meyer had a 631 series and Kristen McDermott added a 255 in a 634 series for Longwood (8-4, League II) in a 1,071-906, 1,024-830, 1,016-941 win. It's the first time Longwood has bowled more than 1,000 in each game of a match, coach Mary Jane Meyer told Newsday.

Commack 3, North Babylon 0: Ilanna Norotsky rolled a 244 in Game 3 of a 622 series to lead Commack to a 886-769, 931-913, 1,072-835 win in League I. Jackie Castelli rolled 223 in Game 2 of a 575 series, Danielle Abruzzo shot 226 in the third game of a 590 series and Talia Cohen rolled a 225 in Game 3 of a 574 series for Commack (9-3).

Hicksville 3, East Meadow 0: Stephanie Thilbourg bowled a 204 in Game 3 of a 573 series and Kaycie Gamblin rolled a 215 in Game 3 of 555 series to lead Hicksville (8-0) to a 657-572, 635-593, 768-513 win in Nassau Conference IV.

Sewanhaka District 3, Oyster Bay 0: Rebecca Gotterbarn rolled a 600 series with a high game of 213 in Game 2 for Sewanhaka (8-0) in a 652-465, 794-468, 726-443 win in Conference II.

Hewlett 2, Oceanside 1: Jake Geiger bowled 258 in the first game of a 708 series and Alan Shin had 235 in his second game for Hewlett (7-2) in an 826-714, 880-701, 767-770 win in Conference V.

Patchogue-Medford 2, Sachem East 1: Mike Lebrecht bowled 253 in Game 1 of a 725 series for Patchogue-Medford (6-2) in League III. PM's Eddie Novotny rolled 234 in Game 2 of a 669 series, Mike Arne rolled a 237 in the third game of a 642 series and Anthony Evangelista rolled 236 in Game 3 of a 661 series.

Commack 3, Northport 0: John Boble rolled a 286 in Game 1 of a 753 series and Nick Berger had a 249 in Game 2 of a 675 series for Commack (7-2) in a 1,102-1,027, 1,064-924, 930-853 win in League II. Adam LeFleur shot a 268 in Game 1.

Islip 3, Harborfields 0: Bryan Greenblatt had 269 in Game 3 of a 662 series and Jon Gunther added a 617 series to lead Islip (6-2) to a 961-810, 950-835, 1,085-837 win in League IV.
