Cam Newton

(QB, Panthers)

A lot of Newton's fantasy value comes from his running ability, but the Panthers are trying to force him to throw out of a usually collapsing pocket thanks to their horrid offensive line. This has turned Newton into a high-end backup QB in fantasy.

Zac Stacy (RB, Rams)Many expected Stacy to be a workhorse back for the Rams this season. Instead, he's been in a timeshare on a team with a surprisingly bad defense that forces them to throw to keep up with opposing teams and he's banged up heading into a brutal stretch of matchups. Get what you can for Stacy while he still appears to have some value.

Toby Gerhart

(RB, Jaguars)

Gerhart was another supposed workhorse back that seemed to have fantasy value purely on the basis of being fed a lot of carries, but the Jaguars are constantly playing from behind. If you are in a shallow league, consider dropping Gerhart and avoiding the Jaguars offense altogether.

Larry Fitzgerald

(WR, Cardinals)

It is easy to blame the lack of production from Fitzgerald on the injury to Carson Palmer, but he will still have to compete with younger players like Michael Floyd and John Brown when Palmer returns.

Torrey Smith

(WR, Ravens)

Steve Smith has emerged as the true playmaker in Baltimore, turning Torrey into a de facto second option in an offense that isn't particularly explosive. While he isn't worth cutting just yet, he should not be in starting lineups either.
