He had some playoff week. He went 3-for-3 with an RBI in an 11-9 win over Hauppauge. He also made a diving catch in the left-centerfield gap to preserve a late lead. And he allowed four hits in six innings for the win in a 10-3 decision over No. 2 seeded Smithtown West.

Jesse Tuozzo | MacArthur | baseball

He went 3-for-4 with two RBIs in an 11-4 win over Oceanside in Game 1 of the Nassau Class AA semifinals. He pitched a five-hitter with 13 strikeouts. He added three hits in a 7-6 win over Oceanside to help the Generals advance to the final.

Steven Donohue | St. Dominic | baseball

Drilled a walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth as the Bayhawks eliminated St. John the Baptist, 3-2, in a CHSAA semifinal.

Kelly McPartland | Farmingdale | girls lacrosse

She had four goals and three assists to lead the Dalers in an 18-6 win over Baldwin in the Nassau Class A semifinals.

Bridget Shinnick | St. Dominic | girls lacrosse

Scored five times, including the tying goal with a second left in double-overtime, to lead the Falcons to an eventual 13-12 upset of No. 1 Cold Spring Harbor in the Nassau Class C semifinals.

Alex Ryan | Friends Academy | boys lacrosse

The senior attack scored the winner on an assist from Zack Westermann on a two-man advantage 31 seconds into overtime in the No. 2 Quakers' 9-8 win over No. 3 Seaford in the Nassau Class C semifinals.

Dan Plant | Huntington | boys lacrosse

He scored his third goal of the game 15 seconds into overtime to lift No. 5 Huntington past top-seeded Comsewogue in the Suffolk Class B boys lacrosse semifinals. It was top-seeded Comsewogue's first loss of the season after 16 victories.

John Reali | Chaminade | boys golf

Reali shot a 4-under-68 at Eisenhower Red to win the CHSAA individual championship, four shots clear of runner-up Mark Reilly of St. John the Baptist.

Krissy Unger | Northport | girls golf

Unger birdied the 17th and 18th holes to win the Suffolk title by one shot over Longwood's Emily Garrahan.
