Longwood's Imani White won the weight throw with a school-record toss of 47 feet, 4 1/2 inches at the Millrose Trials at The Armory late Thursday night.

White will compete in the Millrose Games on Jan. 28 at Madison Square Garden.

Other individual qualifiers include North Shore distance runner Samantha Nadel, who finished second in the mile in a school-record time of 4:50.93 and St. Anthony's Christopher Hand, who took third in the 25-pound weight throw with a toss of 58-4.

In the relays, the St. Anthony's boys 4 x 800-meter team of Thomas Diliberto, Tim Fiola, Kevin Kreider and Payton Hazzard took first in 7:59.83 to qualify.

St. John the Baptist finished second in 8:04.13 and Chaminade (8:05.88) was third, while Kellenberg qualified with a sixth-place finish.

The Half Hollow Hills West boys 4 x 400 team also qualified, taking first in 3:24.0. Other 4 x 400 qualifiers included Brentwood, Longwood, Port Jefferson, Uniondale and Freeport.

The Garden City girls 4 x 400-meter team of Jenna DeAngelo, Taylor Hennig, Taryn Schmelzinger and Emma Gallagher had the fastest qualifying time for Long Island, taking first in 3:56.98.

The Bay Shore girls 4 x 400 squad of Jessica Gelibert, Cesia Andradi, Aasha Jackson and Danielle Rowe had the second-fastest qualifying time of 4:04.29.

Northport, Freeport, Massapequa and Uniondale also qualified for the Millrose Games in the 4 x 400.
