What are the happiest countries in the world? According to a recent report called the "World Happiness Report 2015," Switzerland, Iceland and Denmark top the list, with the United States coming in at No. 15 after Mexico and Israel.

The list was created by the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, a nonprofit organization launched by the United Nations in 2012. The report combines analysis from experts in economics, neuroscience and statistics into a happiness number.

This year's report takes into account trends of each country since the first happiness report in 2012, including investment in capital, gender and age statistics, and more.
