The Amagansett home of Alec and Hilaria Baldwin has reduced its asking price again, this time to $18.995 million.

The $1 million slash marks the second adjustment to the price since the home was listed in December. The historic farmhouse hit the market for $21 million, then came down to $19.995 million in January.

Listing agent Scott Bradley, of Saunders & Associates, could not immediately be reached for comment.

The home, on Town Lane, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Spanning roughly 9,000 square feet, the house sits on 5 acres and overlooks several more acres of agricultural reserve. It was built in the 1700s and has undergone two renovations, the most recent of which was in 2017.

"It was a tremendous effort and cost for the sellers to do that," Bradley told Newsday in December. "The continuity in all this work has been painstaking, and I think that's also something buyers appreciate."

Baldwin, who was born in Amityville and raised in Massapequa, purchased the estate in 1995 for $1.75 million. The property features a movie theater, wood-paneled library and wine-tasting room, along with a 20-by-50-foot pool and adjacent spa. There is also a spacious entertainment pavilion in the backyard, with a stone fireplace.

The house was prominently featured in "The Baldwins," last year's TLC reality show that starred the couple and their seven children. There has been no official word on whether the show will continue with a second season.

Baldwin's home has been on and off the market for several years. The current price tag matches the one it had in January 2024, following several price reductions the previous year.
