Built in 1910, the house contains three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It sits on a 0.3-acre lot, which is unusual for the area, said listing agent Mary Beth Darcy, of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty.
"We don't have big properties here," she said. "In Rockville Centre, it's really rare."

Sitting on Hendrickson Avenue, the home totals more than 2,700 square feet. The property is in the Rockville Centre Union Free School District.

"The front porch is incredible," she added. "I actually have never sold such a beautiful front porch. It's just very welcoming."
The kitchen boasts a "dedicated coffee bar," Darcy said. Additionally, there are two laundry setups: One in the basement and one in a bedroom.

"The owner grew up in the house," said Darcy. "I have a feeling the bunk beds were original to when his parents were there."

The house also features a "long driveway," the agent said, which can be helpful in observing the village's overnight street parking restrictions, especially with guests over.
