Frank Sinatra, Jr. to sing national anthem
The Yankees are pulling out all the stops tonight. Joe Torre and Don Mattingly will return to Yankee Stadium for the unveiling of the monument to the late George Steinbrenner. And Frank Sinatra, Jr., son of Steinbrenner's favorite singer, is expected to sing the national anthem.
Torre was also a big Sinatra fan. The pre-game ceremony is scheduled to begin about 7 p.m.
