Here's a look at the video that the NFL sent out to all 32 teams this week and that the Giants watched this afternoon. It tells the players about the increased penalities for hits to the head area of defenseless receivers and other players and shows examples of clean hits and hits that will be subject to fines, ejections or suspensions.

And who gets hit first in the video? Why that would be our own Kevin Boss, getting clocked while coming across the middle in the Panthers game. That play didn't even draw a penalty flag in Week 1, yet it's example No. 1 of a dirty hit when the NFL sends this video out. Goes to show how hard it will be for the officials to enforce the rules.

Later in the short video, a hit against Steve Smith of the Giants is shown as an axample of a clean hit.

I also thought it was funny that the first example of a clean hit is a complete obliteration of the Seahawks' punter against the Bears on Sunday.
