The Oakland Raiders gave their fans who came out for the first sellout in more than a year plenty to celebrate.

Jason Campbell threw a 47-yard pass to rookie Jacoby Ford in overtime to set up a 33-yard field goal by Sebastian Janikowski that gave host Oakland its biggest win in eight years, a 23-20 victory over the AFC West-leading Kansas City Chiefs Sunday. "It wasn't the way we draw it up, but it was the way it was supposed to be," Raiders coach Tom Cable said.

Campbell and Ford hooked up on a 29-yard pass in the closing seconds of regulation to set up Janikowski's tying 41-yard field goal. The Raiders (5-4) then earned their most significant victory since winning the 2002 AFC championship. Oakland hasn't had a winning record at any time since being 2-1 in 2004 and not this late since '02.

By winning their third straight game for the first time since that season, Oakland heads into its bye week a half-game behind Kansas City (5-3) in the division.

The Raiders started their first overtime drive at their 38. Campbell hit Ford for a deep, diving catch on the first play. Ford, a fourth-round pick, caught six passes for 148 yards and also returned the opening kick of the second half 94 yards for a touchdown.

Packers 45, Cowboys 7

Aaron Rodgers threw for 289 yards and three touchdowns and Brandon Jackson scored twice for host Green Bay (6-3). James Jones caught eight passes for 123 yards and a touchdown. Green Bay's Clay Matthews added a final dose of embarrassment for the Cowboys (1-7) in the fourth quarter, picking off a pass from Jon Kitna and running it back 62 yards for a touchdown.

Ravens 26, Dolphins 10

Billy Cundiff made four field goals as host Baltimore (6-2) handed Miami (4-4) its first road loss. Cundiff connected from 26, 39, 20, and 24 yards and the Ravens held the Dolphins to 24 yards rushing in the final 30 minutes. Joe Flacco was 20-for-27 for 266 yards and two touchdowns for the Ravens.

Chargers 29, Texans 23

Philip Rivers threw four touchdown passes against the NFL's worst pass defense as San Diego (4-5) earned its first road win. Rivers completed 17 of 23 passes for 295 yards, throwing two TD passes each to rookie Seyi Ajirotutu and Randy McMichael.

Falcons 27, Buccaneers 21

Michael Turner scored two early touchdowns and host Atlanta (6-2) held off Tampa Bay (5-3) with a gutty goal-line stand to take over sole possession of first place in the NFC South. Tampa Bay had fourth-and-1 from the Atlanta 2 with less than three minutes left, but LeGarrette Blount was stuffed by Thomas DeCoud on a run. Turner rushed 24 times for 107 yards, including TDs of 2 and 10 yards.

Saints 34, Panthers 3

Drew Brees threw for 253 yards and two touchdowns and Jabari Greer returned an interception for a touchdown for visiting New Orleans (6-3), which overcame the loss of tight end Jeremy Shockey to a rib injury after his TD catch to keep pace in the competitive NFC South.

The Panthers (1-7) lost quarterback Matt Moore and running back Jonathan Stewart to first-half injuries. Rookie QB Jimmy Clausen later was benched and the Panthers finished with 195 yards.

Bears 22, Bills 19

Jay Cutler's second TD pass put Chicago (5-3) ahead late in the fourth quarter. The Bills (0-8), who had led 19-14, are off to their worst start in 26 years. The game was Buffalo's third regular-season game in Toronto as part of a five-year deal. The Bills are winless in Canada, too. Bills quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick was 31-for-51 for 299 yards with a touchdown. - AP
