Matt Siegel's steal and layup with 20 seconds left in regulation sent the game to OT. Kriftcher had 19 points and Josh Gordon finished with 15 points and 13 rebounds.

Great Neck North 73, Glen Cove 56: Junior Alec Ludwig scored a career-high 37 points, including five three-pointers and had six assists to lead North (4-1) in Conference A-III. Evan Dorman added 18 points and 11 rebounds.East Meadow 66, Hicksville 56: Joe Campay had 28 points and 12 rebounds for East Meadow (2-3) in an overtime win in Conference AA-II. Cody Zafran (15 points, seven assists) converted a three-point play with three seconds left in regulation to force OT. East Meadow outscored Hicksville 15-5 in overtime.
