Chance Watson's layup with a minute left in the second overtime gave Westbury the lead for good in its 80-74 win over visiting Division in Nassau Conference A-I boys basketball on Friday night. Avery Flores' buzzer-beating layup tied the score at 70 and forced a second overtime. James Crain's three-pointer on the previous possession brought Westbury (3-1) within two after Division started the first overtime on a 5-0 run. Watson finished with 22 points and 13 rebounds, Tim Quashie added 21 points and Crain had 19. Luckens Victor scored six of his 12 points in a 15-11 fourth quarter. Colby Lapp (23 points) hit a jumper with four seconds left in regulation to force overtime for Division (1-2).

Roslyn 52, New Hyde Park 48: Brett Hanfling (eight points) hit a pair of three-pointers in the fourth quarter, including one with 1:00 remaining to give Roslyn a 52-43 lead in Conference A-I. Andrew Wolfe led Roslyn (2-2) with 15 points and 10 rebounds. Alex Chadli scored 17 points for New Hyde Park (3-2).

Massapequa 43, Hempstead 42: Ryan VanBuren hit two free throws with 45 seconds left to give Massapequa (3-1) a 43-39 lead in Conference AA-I. VanBuren finished with 11 points and seven rebounds, while Matt Smocovich added 12 points. Ismael Pierre (10 points) hit a three pointer with three seconds left to bring Hempstead (1-2) within one.

Baldwin 76, MacArthur 54: Aaron Greene scored 19 points with nine rebounds and two steals for Baldwin (4-0) in Conference AA-II. Eyituoyo Ofuya added 15 points and eight rebounds, and Brandon Williams had seven points, seven rebounds and 11 assists. T'Ziah Wood-Smith had eight points, eight rebounds and five blocks. Kevin Roach scored 17 points for MacArthur (2-1).

Valley Stream Central 54, Mepham 51: Dallas Serrano hit a three-pointer with 39 seconds left to give Valley Stream Central (1-3) the lead for good at 51-49 in Conference AA-III. Serrano finished with 14 points and four assists, and Joe McLean added 12 points and 10 rebounds. Matt Morrow and Kyle Wechsler each scored 14 points for Mepham (0-4).

Bellmore JFK 48, Long Beach 41: Joey Karo scored 14 points, including 6 of 8 free throws in the fourth quarter, with five rebounds for Bellmore JFK (4-0). Adrian Rose added 11 points and four rebounds, and Mike Teich's three-point play with 1:21 left gave Bellmore a seven-point lead. Joshua Trone scored 13 points for Long Beach (2-2).

Calhoun 58, Carey 48: John Wigand scored 21 points for Calhoun (3-1). Tommy Murphy (10 points) and Devon Pazmino (eight) totaled eight points off the bench in a 21-13 second quarter. James Klein led Carey (0-4) with 11 points.

South Side 58, Lynbrook 40: Ryan Spadaford and Kevin Coyle each scored 15 points for South Side (4-0) in Conference A-II. Spadaford also had 11 rebounds, and Darren Nickelson chipped in with seven points and seven assists. Peter Lecce led Lynbrook (0-3) with 10 points.

Island Trees 54, Clarke 48: Mike Witteck scored 22 points to lead Island Trees (1-0) in Conference A-IV. C.J. Novak and J.T. Tassawer each added eight points. Rich Losco led Clarke (0-1) with 18 points.

Malverne 81, Carle Place 64: Cory Alexander scored 24 points with six assists for Malverne (4-0) in Conference BC. Ronald Spencer added 15 points and eight assists, and Anthony Moultre had seven points and 10 rebounds. Dylan McLaughlin led Carle Place (0-4) with 24 points.

Longwood 69, Brentwood 61: Paris Parks scored 30 points with eight assists to lead Longwood (3-0), which trailed 32-25 at halftime, in League I. Josh Taylor added 15 points and 15 rebounds, and Tayquan Mayo scored nine points. Kwashon McCastell led Brentwood (2-1) with 15 points.
