Brooke Segura scored the winning goal off a pass from Abby Woodruff with two minutes left in the first overtime period to lead No. 1 Kellenberg to a 2-1 win over No. 4 St. Dominic in the NSCHSAA girls soccer semifinals on Wednesday. Mia Claro added a goal and Mia Hennelly made three saves. St. Dominic finished 1-6-2. Kellenberg (12-1) will face the winner of No. 2 St. Anthony’s against No. 3 Sacred Heart in the final at 5 p.m. on Sunday at Adelphi.

TUESDAY’S GAMES

Eastport-South Manor 1, East Islip 0: Gia Da Cunha scored a goal off a through ball from Sophia Colavito in the first half to lead No. 5 Eastport-South Manor over No. 4 East Islip in the Suffolk Class AA quarterfinals. Emma VanNostrand made seven saves for East Islip, which finished, 9-4-3. Eastport-South Manor (10-3-4) will visit No. 1 West Islip in the semifinals at 4 p.m. on Friday.

Ward Melville 1, Longwood 0: Jada Leonard scored the only goal of the game off of a cross by Rachel Weber to lead No. 3 Ward Melville over No. 6 Longwood in the Suffolk Class AAA quarterfinals. Longwood finished 11-6. Ward Melville (14-3) will visit No. 2 Commack in the semifinals at 11 a.m. on Friday.

GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Bay Shore 3, Sachem East 2: Emily May had 34 assists and 17 digs and Haven Mills had 21 kills and 16 digs to lead No. 1 Bay Shore to a 25-11, 23-25, 25-16, 18-25, 16-14 win over No. 4 Sachem East in the Suffolk Class AAA semifinals. Bay Shore (20-0) will host No. 2 Connetquot in the final at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Sachem East finished 16-4.

TUESDAY’S GAME

St. Dominic 3, St. John the Baptist 2: Kiera Acholonu had 20 kills and four blocks to lead No. 5 St. Dominic to a 21-25, 25-22, 25-20, 22-25, 15-13 win over No. 5 St. John the Baptist in the NSCHSAA quarterfinals. The Bayhawks advance to the semifinals for the first time in program history. St. Dominic (6-5) will visit top-seeded Kellenberg in the semifinals at 5 p.m. on Thursday. St. John the Baptist finished 4-6.

Manhasset 2, Clarke 1: Dylan Lambert scored the winning goal off an assist from Abby Bauer with seven minutes left in overtime to lead No. 2 Manhasset over No. 3 Clarke in the Nassau Class B semifinals. Annie Spina made nine saves. Manhasset (12-4) will face No. 1 Garden City in the final at 5 p.m. on Saturday at Adelphi. Victoria Ruperto scored a goal off an assist from Rebecca Palumbo for Clarke, which finished 6-9.

Smithtown East 1, Comsewogue 0: Anthony Puleo scored the go-ahead goal off an assist from Joe Marano with 47 seconds left in regulation to lead No 4 Smithtown East over No. 5 Comsewogue in the Suffolk Class AA quarterfinals. Dom Sztanga made five saves. Bryan Udovich made three saves for Comsewogue, which finished 10-6-1. Smithtown East (11-3-3) will visit No. 1 Northport in the semifinals at 2:15 p.m. on Friday.
