Edward Viscount scored his second goal midway through the second half to seal Smithtown West's 3-1 win over Centereach yesterday in Suffolk League III boys soccer. Smithtown West (8-1-3) clinched the league title.
East Islip 2, North Babylon 1: Eric McKenna scored on an assist from Andrew Grosse with 16 minutes left in the game to win it for East Islip (7-2-3) in League III.
Brentwood 5, Sachem North 0: Ever Torres had one goal and two assists and Kervin Martinez scored two goals for Brentwood (11-2-1) in League I. Torres, a freshman, has 15 goals. Brentwood recorded its 10th shutout of the season.
Commack 2, Floyd 1: Matt Tamburello scored from 25 yards off a pass from Taner Celebi with 4 seconds remaining in the first half to lead Commack (8-5-1) in League I.
Patchogue-Medford 3, Longwood 0: Zach Clerge scored his first goal of the season to lead Patchogue-Medford (6-8) in League I.
Lindenhurst 2, Whitman 1: Joe Flohr scored his second goal off an assist from Adrian Puentes with 18:50 remaining in the game to break a tie at 1 for Lindenhurst (3-10-1) in League II.
Northport 2, Bay Shore 0: Senior Sal Falisi scored the first goal of his varsity career with seven minutes remaining to seal the win for Northport (8-4-2) in League II.
Comsewogue 6, West Babylon 2: Jesse Inkles had two goals and one assist and Alex Healion added two goals for Comsewogue (7-5-2) in League IV.
Deer Park 3, Copiague 0: Danny Keller had two goals and Nick Lazarich had seven saves for his fifth shutout of the year to lead Deer Park (9-4-1) in League IV.
Half Hollow Hills West 4, Hauppauge 0: Sophomore Arthur Bosua had a career-high three goals, all on headers, for HHHW (14-0) in League IV. Junior Brett Nason recorded two assists to give him the Hills West single-season record of 27. Joe Sagsveen recorded three saves for his 12th shutout of the year. Hills West finished league play undefeated for the third consecutive season.
Huntington 1, Bellport 0: Ricky Velasquez scored from 10 yards off a cross from Christian Campos midway through the second half to lead Huntington (9-5) in League IV. It was the 20th goal of the season for Velasquez.
St. John the Baptist 5, St. Mary's 1: Junior Rosero had two goals and one assist to lead St. John the Baptist (8-2-2) in CHSAA.

Levittown District 3, Elmont 0: Frank Zeigler had 15 kills to lead Levittown District to a 25-13, 25-21, 25-5 win.
New Hyde Park 3, Great Neck North 1: Dylan Lopez had 12 aces, five kills and 25 assists, John Finelli had five aces, three blocks and 40 assists and Brian Godwin had seven blocks and two aces to lead New Hyde Park to a 17-25, 25-13, 25-19, 25-21 win.
Wantagh 3, Sewanhaka 1: Senior Anthony Rodin had five aces and a career-high 42 assists, Eric Regenbogen had 16 kills, and Peter Mountanos and Mike King each had six kills for Wantagh.
