Isles waive Gillies, announce exhibition game in Saskatoon
If you didn't catch my tweets earlier, the Islanders have waived Bridgeport enforcer Trevor Gillies today.
In unrelated news, the team announced that they will be playing an exhibition game September 29 against Calgary in Saskatoon.
