NINTH: Rent Control makes third start of form cycle and drops to lifetime low; throw deep in weak nightcap. Gracefully Wild owns three seconds from seven starts; money burner? Treat Street gets class relief and makes first dirt start; worth long look. Bern Rosey Bern was second to a 12-length winner in last; don't ignore.
