Islanders announcer Brendan Burke enters health and safety protocols

Brendan Burke, MSG Networks’ Islanders play-by-play man, was to miss Tuesday night’s home game against the Panthers after being placed in health and safety protocols, MSG said before the game.
Burke is expected to be out for several games. Bridgeport Islanders announcer Alan Fuehring was to fill in for Burke alongside analyst Butch Goring, who returned Tuesday after missing time while recovering from recent shoulder surgery.
