NFL rules ratings, as usual
Ho, hum. The NFL is ruling the television ratings once again, five weeks into its 2011 season.
Here's one nugget: Since Super Bowl XLV, nine of the 10 most-watched sports events have been regular-season NFL games, topped by the 27.1 million for the Saints-Packers opener.
The only exception is No. 5 on the list - Game 6 of the NBA Finals, which averaged 23.9 million viewers.
