No steroids talk at Yanks camp
The idea of spring training baseball games always is better than the reality of them, but it's that time again, and SNY and YES will be on the scene.
SNY kicks off its schedule at 1 p.m. Tuesday with Mets vs. Braves.
YES starts with Yankees-Pirates at 1 p.m. next Wednesday.
The complete schedules are on the stations' Web sites, no doubt.
Newsday also is covering spring training extensively.
Yankees camp just isn't the same this year without a news conference featuring a star player talking about performance enhancing drugs.
I miss those days. Sigh.
