Monday's Rangers-Devils tilt on NBC Sports Network (formerly Versus) averaged 1.94 percent of homes in the New York area.
That is the best ever figure in the New York market for a regular-season game on NBCN.
On another hockey ratings note, Sunday's Penguins-Flyers game on NBC averaged 15.1 percent of homes in Pittsburgh. That's just ridonkulous for a regular-season game.
