Tiger Woods talks, on his terms
Official take on Tiger:
Mr. Woods has no obligation whatsoever to answer reporters' questions about anything not directly related to golf.
Until he is ready to take such questions, he should not waste reporters' time by inviting them to watch him utter prepared remarks.
Why not just release a video statement and be done with it?
Rather than allow their personnel to be used as props, the wire services and Woods' other hand-picked media invitees should preserve their dignity and send life-sized, cardboard cutouts of reporters to observe him Friday morning.
