UFC 110: Lights out down under
How do you prevent a fighter who loves spinning leg kicks? Simple. Get him on the ground and lock in a knee bar, which is what Chris Lytle just did to Brian Foster at UFC 110.
It took Lytle just 1:41 to get the submission victory over the Australian.
“What people don’t know is that I’ve been doing ground longer than I’ve been doing stand-up,” Chris “Lights Out” Lytle said. “I try to keep that a secret, and let everyone think I’m just a stand-up guy.”
