Andrew Meyerson was appointed to the board of directors of Contractors for Kids, a charity that assists Long Island families facing hardship due to the sickness, injury or death of a child. The Plainview resident is chief financial officer at Axis Construction Corp. in Hauppauge.
David Susser, chief executive of Seal Dynamics in Hauppauge, has been appointed to the Cradle of Aviation Museum's board of trustees. He is an Old Westbury resident.

Nedjet Delener has been elected to the international expert council in management for the National Research University Higher School of Economics in Moscow. The Dix Hills resident is dean of the school of business at SUNY Old Westbury.

Steven A. Kriete of Baldwin was promoted to partner, from director, in the audit practice at Hertz, Herson & Co. in Manhattan.
Sandi M. Lawlor has joined the Smithtown accounting and business advisory firm of CAB -- Charles A. Barragato & Co. as a manager. The Huntington resident held a similar position at Marcum in Melville.

Lorraine Farrell has been named assistant vice president of medical affairs at John T. Mather Memorial Hospital in Port Jefferson. The area resident had been a director in the hospital's office of the chief medical officer.

Jothy Narendran of Syosset has joined Jaspan Schlesinger of Garden City as a partner.
Certilman Balin Adler & Hyman in East Meadow announced changes: Paul S. Linzer of Brooklyn was promoted from counsel to partner in the labor relations and criminal law practice groups. Stacey Ramis Nigro was promoted from associate to partner in the litigation practice group. She is a Bellmore resident. Donna J. Turetsky was promoted from associate to partner in the trust and estates and elder law practice groups. She lives in East Hills. Brian A. Bloom of Old Bethpage has joined the firm as a partner in the litigation practice group. He was director of the entertainment and intellectual property practice group at Abrams, Fensterman, Fensterman, Eisman, Greenberg, Formato & Einiger in Lake Success.

Mor Keshet was named coordinator of the Bully Prevention Center, a division of Child Abuse Prevention Services in Roslyn. The Huntington resident was a creative arts therapist for HeartShare Human Services in Brooklyn and the founder of Moms4Moms, a comprehensive resource for all expectant and new mothers.
TECHNOLOGY
John Trierweiler has been promoted to executive vice president, product management at Cablevision Systems Corp. in Bethpage. A Connecticut resident, he had been senior vice president in consumer product management.
