Brad Womack - the Guy Who Said No - is returning to "The Bachelor" next January. There were on-line rumors, and last night, ABC confirmed.

Back when he was on a few years ago, Womack was the bachelor who turned down both 'ettes, including DeAnna Pappas, who was another returnee. It was quite the shock for fans, and for the 'ettes. Rather than do what every other bachelor does on this show - pick someone, profess undying love, do People Magazine interviews, go to Hollywood, try to get on a TV series, then split up, do People Magazine interviews again, then do Chris Harrison interviews - he just said was wasn't picking either.

Fans were outraged! How dare he!

And now he's back for more. Only in America.

And begs the obvious question; What if he says "no" again?

Check out this fan video, then go the jump after - it's ABC's loooonnngg and borderline hilarious - strike the borderline; it's hilarious - explanation for why Brad is back. He's apparently undergone therapy.

Also: Ellen D's interview with him today after that...

"Disappointed in himself for wasting this great opportunity, Brad kept to himself for two to
three months afterwards. Unaware at the time that he really wasn’t ready to commit to a
relationship and not knowing the reasons why, his fears and worries were validated when a media firestorm and viewers from across the country let him know what they were thinking. With that, he started therapy to learn what problems were confronting him. He desperately wanted to fix whatever it was that wasn’t allowing him to let people into his life.

For the last three years he has undergone intensive therapy, looking at who he was in a quite painful journey of self-awareness. In the meantime, he put his head down and worked – buying and selling three companies and building one from the ground up. And although he has dated during this time, he hasn’t had a serious relationship. Adding to his sense of urgency are his two brothers: Chad, his twin, is not only married now but has a daughter; and Wes, his younger brother, who also is married, now has a little boy and girl. Brad is the last one without a wife or family.

Brad is convinced he is a better person in many ways than he was in 2007. Get ready to
see a changed, revitalized man who is still optimistic and confident about finding love on “The Bachelor.” He is more ready than ever to find a wife and start a family."

   Go Brad! People Magazine awaits!

Now, here's Ellen and Brad's encounter - an excerpt:

Ellen: First of all let's just talk about that fact that you didn't pick anyone. Would you
admit now that you had commitment issues?  It was you not them maybe it was you?

Brad: Absolutely, let's says this as adamantly as I defended myself it really tough to have 13 14 million Americans call you a jerk. So I spent a year or two maybe three defending myself adamantly . To answer your question, yes, I definitely have or had commitment issues.  More importantly that process is difficult. I thought that I was as open as I was supposed to be and clearly I wasn't. I walked away and wound up all alone and left two girls standing there...

Ellen: What made you want to do this again?

Because it is a difficult process and you could go through the same thing and get to the end..then I'll really call you a jerk if that happens. I'll tell you why I'm here again because I believe it can work. I don't care if people call me an idiot or don't believe those words coming out of my mouth.  I truly believe that it can work.  So here are 25 -30 women that I never ever would meet in regular life and I'm clearly doing something wrong. I'm still single.  So why I not, I really do believe that this can work.
