A Crime Stoppers reward of up to $5,000 is being offered in the fatal shooting of Deshawn Henry on July 14 in Inwood.

The Brooklyn man was shot in the head about 6:25 p.m. as he stood on the front lawn of a James Street house, Nassau County homicide detectives said. Police believe it was a targeted attack.

Henry's relatives described him as a good-humored construction worker and devoted father of three from Crown Heights.

Police ask anyone who can identify those responsible or anyone with information on the crime to call Nassau Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477. Callers may remain anonymous.
