"The house is in very good condition," said listing agent Nancy Cervelli, of Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty. "I think it’s a great weekend, summer cottage."

Cervelli sold the home to the current sellers 19 years ago, she said.
"It was nice to see it again," Cervelli said of the home, which has vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. A skylight brings extra light into the main living space.

The house is in close proximity to Fleets Neck Beach and Shagwong Marina-Cutchogue, which is open to the public. Residents can join the Fleets Neck Property Owners association for beach access, which includes the use of kayak racks, Cervelli said. Annual dues are $95.
