Kansas City’s overtime victory over the Bills in an NFL divisional round playoff game on Sunday averaged 42.736 million viewers on CBS, the network said Tuesday, making it the most-watched divisional round game on any network in five years.

The game, which Kansas City won, 42-36, in overtime, peaked at 51.697 million viewers, huge numbers for a divisional round game.
