Lindsay Lohan's parents must pay more than $28,000 to BMW, a Nassau judge has ruled.
The ruling, handed down May 20 by Nassau County Judge John Galasso, says Michael and Dina Lohan, who are divorced, must pay BMW Financial Services $25,601.91 plus 9 percent interest, $1,500 in attorneys' fees and $936 in other fees. The couple jointly owned a 2008 BMW X-5 sport utility vehicle.
Efforts to contact spokespeople for the Lohans were not successful. The attorney for BMW could also not be immediately reached.
