Nassau County man sues JWOWW for $700G

A Nassau County man who said he created the JWOWW persona that "Jersey Shore" cast member Jenni Farley is profiting from is suing the reality show star.
In a suit filed Friday in State Supreme Court in Nassau County, Thomas Lippolis is suing Farley and Jenni Farley LLC for breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
Farley's ex-boyfriend said he first tried arbitration, but is now seeking $700,000 in damages and requesting that Farley turn over her accounting records.
Lippolis, who claims he had a management contract, said he worked solely for Farley and helped negotiate a $17,500-per-episode raise for his client for the second season of "Jersey Shore."
He said he also arranged product endorsements, including a deal for plastic surgery. He claims he was not compensated for his work or for any money earned by websites, contracts, poster sales, endorsements and other activities.
According to the lawsuit, Farley, of Franklin Square, said there is no contract and nothing to enforce.
The suit said Lippolis and Farley began a personal relationship in July 2009. Lippolis appeared on several "Jersey Shore" episodes while dating Farley.
Lippolis' attorney, Jeffrey I. Baum of Garden City, could not be immediately reached for comment Saturday. Attempts to contact Farley's management company in Burbank were not successful.
